Plan- Prioritise – Succeed – it’s a mind set!

Rationale:
Prioritising and planning are crucial elements required by everyone in their business and personal life. Without planning your time and prioritising what is important to you, it is impossible to identify with the activities that are most productive.

Where we are not focused on the elements that make us effective, we can begin to waste time and energy on the myriad of mundane tasks that tend to appear and this can lead to stress and anxiety. You have within you all the capability required to achieve the outcomes that you deserve in life, the only restriction being your self-imposed conditioning and belief system.

Participants tap into the latent ability of their mind. They will feel revitalised and will realise that they have the power to achieve their goals and ambitions. They will not only understand why they have been restricted in the past, but have the necessary understanding to set out clear goals for the future.

 

Who will benefit?
This is a course for anyone who would benefit from help with prioritising and planning their workload at home or at work, understanding their unique strengths and thought processes and applying these insights into achieving more in all aspects of their life.

Module 1:

Module 2:
_Your Strengths
_The Conditioned Mind
_Conscious and Subconscious Thinking
_Positively Negative
_Picture Positive

Module 3:
Positive Personal Goal – A chance to put all that has been learnt into action. A very detailed goal setting task that focuses on success through positive thinking. This training course is based on cognitive behaviour theory.
However, the terminology has been purposefully adapted to include a wider audience.

At the end of this training course, your participants will be able to use their inner resources to their positive advantage and explain how their conscious and
subconscious work together (or not)
