Cherri Holland brings substantial experience with organisation and people development, having had People Performance roles in large corporates, and since then, having worked with executives and teams, in icon companies across all sectors, in 6 countries. She specialises in people management, performance coaching and sales skill development. Cherri brings quick and effective ways to lead change and equip people with the skills needed to get optimum results from themselves and those they work with, both inside and outside organisations. This has included changing conflict dynamics and getting individuals and groups past historical barriers, to achieve peak performance. Experience has taught her what works best in a range of different organisations and she uses a variety of approaches to get results. These include the facilitation of strategy planning sessions, the development of internal marketing strategies (managing the internal brand) and relationship management between customers and suppliers. Development of people (one-on-one or through workshops) has included People management (including performance coaching and selection) Cherri has a BA (Ind. Psych.), and has recently authored her first e-book (“Performance Coaching Made Easy”) with more in the pipeline. |
