Rationale:

Stepping into the management world, can be a daunting experience for the newly appointed supervisor or manager.  Foresight, preparation and competence are the determinants of a prosperous management career and essentials that this course will offer. 

You will discover your task or people oriented tendencies, thus propelling you to utilise both through effective communication skills – which is a key function to this role.

At the end of this course, the new supervisor or manager will be provided with competencies to establish a strong foundation for a career in management or leadership.

 

Who Will Benefit?
Personnel being considered or appointed into a Supervisory or Management position who have had no formal training or those who have been supervising for a while and require assistance to develop aspects of their role.
